 After completing her Master’s degree in India, Vinita Balasubramanian has worked for nearly two decades as an independent intercultural practitioner, trainer and coach for global blue-chip companies worldwide (see references). She is also a trainer-trainer, a certified court-appointed translator and interpreter as well as lecturer at universities and institutions.
